   Hair loss can result from many factors. Hair loss can be seen both in women and men. Atrichia or hair loss is a physical and spiritual problem that is seen in every man out of 9 by 18 age whose hairs completely loss or partially affects all men at least as hair shrinkage. It affects %25 of men until 25 years old, it affects %40 of men until 40 years of and affects %50 of men until 50 years old. Man type hair loss can be seen at two sides of frontal bone as well as it may cover whole head. Hair loss shows itself like shrinkage in women. FUE /Follicular Unit Extraction) is the last hair implantation technique that is applied in the world and Turkey is a hair implantation operation that produces natural results while taking and implanting the hair. Like other hair implantation methods, FUE is an operation in which live hair roots are taken and transferred one by one to hairless area of head.

   As being different from FUT method that is another applied technique in hair implantation, in this method follicular units (grafts) are extracted directly from root level of skin. In FUE method, lancet is not use in vendor with other words in donor area, no suture and no sequela at the area where roots are taken. It meets persons with new hairs who previously have hairless problems without any complication and obstacle to daily life of patient. While extraction methods are different in FUE and FUT, their implantation methods for achieved roots are completely. You can wash your hair for the first time after operation. You must wash your hair 2 or 3 times in a day for 15 days with bephantol lotion and special shampoo and pay attention not to making normal massage to implantation area. Bephantol lotion will be applied to implantation area and will stay there for 1 hour.

   Bephantol lotion is absorbed by skin in 1 hour and skin softens. Nape region is washed consisting of suture area with normal washing movements with the advices shampoo. Implantation area is shampooed with soft movements. It is rinsed for long time after all these washing movements. You can wash your hairs with your own shampoo and your rhythm after 10 days when crusting removes.

   Comb your hairs carefully after drying your hairs naturally. If you need to use hair dryer, you can use it with cool air blowing after 5 days. If you have to work in a dirty environment for the first3 days, do not ignore placing a hat. Do not use hair spray or gel for the first 15 days. The hairs in implantation area can be loss after 2-3 weeks. Hairs will growth again in 2-6 months again and will be permanent.
