Sex Reassignment

   Most seen reason of sex reassignment surgery (SRS) is the person can not accept his male genital organ. Generally, patients states that they themselves like a woman in male body. Of course, reverse can be valid for women. They expect that they will have a natural relation with a male after having a SRS operation.    Upon deciding for surgery and completion of preparations hospital process starts. After surgery the patient accommodates in the hospital for 3-5 days. Technically, we can benefit from penis skin when making a male woman, and benefit from arm skin and skin of inside leg when making a woman male. It must be noted that becoming a male is much more detailed and difficult operation. It is preferred to be waited at least for 1-2 months for sexual intercourse. Soluble ropes are used for suture. Depth of vagina will increase and gain flexibility after 3-6 months from the operation depending on sexual intercourse.
